Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Decade Lab ("we," "our," or "us") and govern your use of our mobile applications, including RDY, and any related services (collectively, the "Apps"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Apps. By using the Apps, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your device secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

User-Generated Content

The Apps let you create and share content, including usernames, profile pictures, group names, group images, and ready-check activity ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of your User Content and grant us a limited license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Apps.

Acceptable Use & Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree that you will not create, upload, post, share, or transmit any content, and will not engage in any behavior, that:

  • Is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Is hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory toward any individual or group;
  • Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity;
  • Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
  • Impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Contains spam, scams, malware, or unsolicited promotional material.

Abusive users and objectionable content are not tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of content and termination of your account without notice.

Reporting, Blocking & Moderation

We provide tools to keep the community safe:

  • Report: You can flag objectionable content or abusive users from within the Apps.
  • Block: You can block any user. Once blocked, that user is removed from your feed immediately and can no longer interact with you.

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and act on them within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it. We may also take action on our own initiative where content or conduct violates these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or to us. You may stop using the Apps and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we are not responsible for User Content created by other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decade Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Apps.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
